These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and London69 (hereinafter referred to as "london69", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). • You are not a resident of or currently located within any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of london69 or any of its subsidiary entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been excluded from any gambling platform via a self-exclusion programme or been found to have engaged in fraudulent activity on any online gambling platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

London69 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supported banks include Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits using e-wallet services are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (FPX/DuitNow) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's identity does not match the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed in under 5 minutes following approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the receiving institution; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes subject to network confirmation.

Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume, following account security flags, or pending KYC document review may experience delays beyond the above estimates. London69 will communicate any material delays to the affected Player via their registered contact details.

London69 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. Any withdrawal request submitted in connection with active fraud investigations may be withheld pending the outcome of such investigations.

All games offered on london69 are provided by certified third-party software providers whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during an active game round, london69 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player. No winnings will be paid out in connection with any bet placed during a verifiable system error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

For sports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and competition. In-play bet acceptance is subject to technical latency and market suspension windows. London69 shall not be liable for bets not accepted due to market suspension or communications delays.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the london69 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether in the same name or using different identifying information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity designed to conceal the illicit origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or sports betting.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting syndicate activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or other technical circumvention methods.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, harassing, or abusive toward london69 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

London69 is committed to operating in a manner consistent with internationally recognised Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

The standard documentation required for KYC verification includes: a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence); proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and a clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

London69 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including but not limited to: proof of source of funds, bank statements evidencing regular income, or additional verification for large withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: any resale or commercial use of the Website or its contents; any derivative use of the Website or its contents; any downloading or copying of Account information for the benefit of another party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The london69 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and service names are trademarks of london69. You may not use such marks without the prior written consent of london69.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, london69 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform and its services.

London69 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. London69 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, london69's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall london69's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the preceding three (3) calendar months.

London69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers in connection with deposits; receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring Account suspension; or any other circumstance in which continued Account activity is deemed to present an unacceptable risk.

Upon termination of an Account in good standing (i.e., where no fraud or Terms breach is established), any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method after completion of all required verification checks.

Players who wish to close their own Account may do so by contacting the london69 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion; Players wishing to be excluded from the platform must submit a formal self-exclusion request separately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which london69 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to an informal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must first submit a written complaint to the london69 support team. London69 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by our operating licence conditions.

London69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantially affect the rights or obligations of Players — london69 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to all registered Account holders and a prominent notice on the Website prior to the amendments taking effect.

For minor, non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms), london69 may implement changes without advance notice. The effective date of all amendments will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the london69 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
